Minutes of August 10, 2012 Federation meeting.
The meeting was called to order at 8:02 p.m. by President Tony Going. Executive Officer Doug Peabody, Treasurer Forest Honeywell, Recording Secretary Nick Angiulo, Tournament Director Al Purdy and Environmental Director P.J. Bartolotto were not in attendance.
The following chapters were in attendance: Mega Bass 6, Quickfire, Bergen, North Jersey Bass Anglers, Greenback, and New Jersey Bass Hunters.
Since there was not a quorum of clubs in attendance, President Tony Going deemed the meeting legal.
The Minutes from the July 13, 2012 Federation meeting were read by Vice President Mike Hart. The Minutes were accepted via motion/second.
Vice President Mike Hart read the Treasury Report. The Treasury Report was accepted via motion/second.
Vice President Mike Hart informed those present that Articles and Ads are due at the September meeting for the 2013 Reel-to-Reel. All articles and Ads should be sent to Vice President Mike Hart Email: mike@radixjobs.com <mailto:mike@radixjobs.com> he will be handling the Reel-to-Reel this year. If anyone needs an extension please contact him. The 2013 Ad Price Letter will be available on-line or you may obtain a copy by contacting VP Mike Hart.
Nick Albano thanked the Board and NJBF for lending Bergen the NJBF Trailer for their up and coming Hudson River Challenge II to be held 10-14-12.
The winner of the raffle for a Quantum rod was Jason Topczij. The Federation collected $65.
A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:22 p.m.
