The Treasury Report was read by Treasurer Jim Bartolotto. The Treasury Report was accepted via motion/second.

The Tournament Report was given by Tournament Director Al Purdy, for the Greenwood Lake event. The following results were presented:

In addition to the tournament purse, a blind draw was conducted of all Federation members who participated in each one of 2008 tournaments. A prize check was presented to each of the following individuals:

Participants Drawing
Recipient Amount
Schneidereit $500.00, Schneider $500.00, Beatty $500.00, Napoli $500.00

Again Tony emphasized that the Board authorized $5000.00 to be spent from the general account: of that $5000.00, $3000 was added to tournament prize money and the additional $2000.00 went to the draw for those members that participated in all five events.
Tournament Director Al Purdy then announced the Top three Riders for 2008 as well as 2009 Rookies of the Year (one boater/one rider):

Top Three Riders2008 Boater Rookie Of the Year
1 Melnick K. Ulmer
2. Hayes 2008 Rider Rookie of the Year
3. Kyriacos Frankie Hutchinson
The 2009 Divisional Team was then announced using the results of both the 2008 Team Tournament (Top six) and the 2008 Points Tournament (Top six). Tournament Director Al Purdy provided an explanation for how the team composition is derived. If a member is in the top six from both events, that person will automatically come from the event where the highest place finish was attained. A good example of this occurred this year where Rich Schneidereit finished in 3rd place on the team side and second place on the points side he, automatically is designated as 2nd place individual on the points side vacating his 3rd place finish on the team side. Each person on the team side then moves up one position. Another example is Derek Olson who finished 7th (alternate) on the team side, would have move up to 6th on the team side had he not had a higher finish on the points side where he finished 3rd for the year in points, again establishing his place on the Points side. Both members being placed in the points side leaves two positions open on the Team side. The first alternate (Olson) is no longer available for the team side so the next qualifier moves up. The table below depicts the roster composition of the 2009 preliminary team. The Team Roster is preliminary until all team paperwork has been submitted to Tony Going.
